1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EkTag platform and services operated by Nxfin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at Unit No. 105, First Floor, KLJ Tower North, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi 110034.

By accessing or using EkTag (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "EkTag" refers to the QR-based anonymous communication platform, including the website, mobile-optimized web app, and all associated services.
• "Tag" refers to any physical QR code sticker, keyring tag, or surface sticker provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to any individual who registers for and uses the EkTag platform.
• "Scanner" refers to any individual who scans an EkTag QR code to initiate contact with the User.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase EkTag products. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Service Description

EkTag provides QR code-based anonymous communication routing. When a Scanner scans a Tag, they can initiate a call, message, or alert to the Tag owner without seeing the owner's personal contact information. The Service includes:

• Physical QR code tags (windshield stickers, surface stickers, keyring tags)
• Digital dashboard for managing tags, contacts, and notifications
• Anonymous call and message routing
• Push notifications and scan alerts
• GPS-based scan location tracking

6. Purchases & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
• The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

7. Subscription & Renewal

Each Tag includes anonymous routing service from the date of activation. Tags that are deactivated will stop routing communications but can be reactivated at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to spam, threaten, or abuse others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that scanned Tags will always result in successful communication. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the EkTag platform are owned by Nxfin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
