1. Shipping Coverage

EkTag ships physical QR code tags to all serviceable addresses in our delivery zones. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment facilities.

2. Shipping Charges

All orders include free shipping. There are no hidden charges, handling fees, or additional delivery costs. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from dispatch
• Metro Cities: Typically 3-5 business days (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune)
• Remote Areas: May take up to 10-12 business days

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your shipment status from your EkTag dashboard under "Order History". We use reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. The Company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Address changes can be requested before dispatch by contacting our support team.
